business law
right quick question,
if i buy something from a wholesaller, and its faulty aka manufaturer fault, do i go to the wholesaller or the manufacturer to make a claim
as i understood it i will claim against the wholesaller who pays out to me, then they claim aganst manufacturer?
is that correct?

yep - you are correct - nothing to do with business law - all covered by sale of goods act (as amended etc etc) - You made a purchase from the seller - doesn't matter what quantites they sell - they are the seller, you are the consumer.

Tidgy, It doent really matter which you claim against. Fast Bloke's right in that you can claim from the wholesaler / distributor / relailer, as they have liability for the sale, however if it is a manufacturing defect then the manufacturer will also carry liability.
Who ever you claim from it is most likely one will contact the other in any event & both will become involved.....
