Which Private Plate?
Thinking of getting me own p-plate as a crimbo present, and have been looking for the past few days at the millions of combinations available. Ive narrowed it down to 2....my initials are MSP, and my first name is Matt, so it's out of the following:-
X7 MSP
or
M70 TTP
Obviously the first option is a plate with my initials in, and the latter option spells out (kind of) Matt P.
Which one do you think is best, your opinions are appreciated,
Matt

MSP: noone else will know although the 'x7' bit may mean it's collectable by 70's bike enthusiasts - Suzuki had the GT250X7 ...
M70: looks nothing like Matt .....
Save your money and spend it on 'go faster' or 'stop faster' bits!
Dave
PS: if the lottery win comes in though I would investigate getting 'DAV 1D'. Now that does look like a name .....

look at english dateless. more money, but they do exactly what a private plate is supposed to;
1. personalise the car and;
2. disguise the age of the car

I'd say neither - not meaningful enough to be worthwhile and not discreet enough to be classy.
Like others have said before, spend the dosh on go/stop faster bits instead...
