Unemployment rates
BBC NEWS | Business | Unemployment at seven-year high
Interesting to see these on the up, and not even including the increased figures of those claiming benefit.
Appalling to see that manufacturing jobs at it's lowest since records began in 1841
We're certainly no longer anywhere near being self sufficient. Doom and gloom or just the state of the over populated modern world?

Like all the current rosy pictures painted by the optimists/fibbers,the true story is somewhat different.
U/P rising,Interest rates are rising (wish people would stop saying 'but so slowly',point is they are going up).Inflation figures don't reflect the true position.
In fact most things are blatantly pants, people just keep saying no they aren't we are all rich.In debt to survive I think is the correct phrase

How many are on incapacity? 2million or something stupid? Probably 1.5million of them are really just unemployed. Then theres the millions in pen-pusher government jobs!
Its a pretty shocking state of affairs, even before you throw 1.3trillion pounds of consumer debt and the fact that very few have sufficient pensions...
