Yes it is http://www.bridgebroadband.co.uk/ but its chuffin expensive!

They have a section on "other" BroadBand technologies including satellite.

I've looked into it, and it's REALLY expensive, in excess of £100pm.

And the delay due to the signal bouncing off the satellite at speed of light means it's unusable for games.
