CCJ's against Non-paying eBayers?
Is it possible to issue a CCJ or legally pursue payment for an item bought on eBay, after all a winning bid is meant to be a legally binding contract. Thought I saw a website mentioned on here a while ago that specializes in chasing payment.
I've sold a Tottenham player shirt for over £400 and the bidder has 6 negatives for non payment, which means he should really have been kicked off by now, but has'nt!
