Question excercise and drinking water

should a good amount of water be drank when excercising or should it be restricted?

Doesnt water remove the biproducts of burning energy?
but isnt water the main amount of loss when 1st excersising?

any ideas?

Drinking over excessive amounts of water during exercise is bad, as it bloats you

Yes, drink water, but a reasonable amount

Drink water.

You want to be losing fat, not water when exercising.

I always put Ribena in mine, as drinking plain water (tap water) isn't very tasty.

^^^^ and its equally important to ensure that you consume plenty of water beforehand ie like the day before. if you try to drink large quanties of water over a very short time goes straight through you and dilutes the good things in your tummy and you need to wee lots

Are you getting yourself fit for when you go on more dates?

Are you still talking to the girl you went on a date with a few weeks back?

It must be serious if he's slimming down for her! a bit of "horizontal jogging" would be better though
