Jap Radios
got some hybrid jap radio in the scoob, only gets to FM 90. can sometimes get radio 2 
. can this be changed modified re programed or is it a bin it and buy a new one

You can get something to shift the frequencies up but it won't change your display. I have one in my Legacy, almost useless since you don't know what you're tuned into until you jear a jingle or the news
