The Captain is a nutter of the first water. Apart from landing with a significantly high tailwind, he also arrived on the runway at a very high speed which made the situation considerably worse. Trying to get the aircraft back to land on one engine is also seriously questionable behaviour.

Prince Charles did a similar landing once in an HS146 with a tailwind and seriously damaged the aircraft. Can't imagine what the aircraft Captain was thinking about there either to let him do it!
