O2, Onestopphoneshop cashback
Took out a contract earlier in the year and could claim cashback for some of the line rental. Submitted my first claim August 25th and have received nothing back. Phoned them up at the weekend to chase and it looks like they haven't received it at all. they tell you to send recorded delivery and i just posted 1st class. My fault really but It all seems very convenient to me......
Anyone else had problems with their cashback claims?

If you search these threads you will find a host of people that have had problems with cashback deals.

Im on my second contract with 02 via the onestopphoneshop.
ive had 3 cash back claims go fine and am due to do my fourth next month. All have arrived safely though so had no issues to resolve

o2 can f-off
i sent my invoices as advised last january and they were received by the correct department as i had confirmation from them.
after atleast 10 seperate calls, 2 ignored e-mails and a further invoice sent(the 10th one as advised) to 02 i still have not received the cheque back offer. i have also recived 3 messages and a letter informing me that i would receive the cheque but where the f*ck is it.
i gave up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i cancelled the contract and i am now on pay as you go with tesco and dont intend on taking out any further mobile phone contracts.
if you have not already gathered i hate 02

to be honest its only £20 or something stupid like that. There's so many restrictions with the cashback offer (send recorded, within so many days of the due date, certain pages from your bill, etc etc etc) thats its really not worth the hassle of chasing it up. just annoying thats all
