3 Years for raacist comments on a website...
A man who posted racist messages on a website in memory of murdered black teenager Anthony Walker has been jailed for more than three years. Neil Martin, 30, put at least six sick comments on the website. Martin, a friendless loner who lived with his parents in Maghull, Merseyside, posted the comments under the pseudonym Genuine Scouser.
They suggested that white people should celebrate the murder, that Anthony's family should be burned and made frequent reference to slavery and a "banana boat".
Martin posted the messages on August 4 last year, less than a week after Anthony was killed with an ice axe by racist thugs in Huyton, Merseyside.
When Martin was arrested in September, officers also found 33 images of child pornography on his computer.
He had pleaded guilty at earlier hearings to publishing material likely to stir up racial hatred and to making indecent photographs of children.
He was sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court to two years and eight months for the race hate crime and six months consecutively for the child pornography offences.
Judge Henry Globe QC told Martin the intention of the website set up by a friend of Anthony's was "innocent, honourable and well motivated".
He added: "It was no doubt much appreciated by those who saw it and contributed to it. You accessed that website and you abused its use."
During police interviews, Martin admitted posting the messages but insisted he was not racist.
He said he had intended to stir up an argument on the website but did not believe in what he had written.

Haven't heard the phrase banana boat for yonks.
Wonder how many years those tossers got who were brandishing their racist placards around on that muslim demonstration.

Yes, this is interesting. It will be getting worse very shortly as a new law is being introduced about sexually violent images. Where-as I'm almost positive I don't have any child **** on my computer as even the crack etc.. sites do not have links to these, violent **** is all over the place and I'm sure that there are some pictures that have been deleted from my cache but could be 'recovered'.

What a joke. As it's already been said...This guy writes a few comments and he get 2yrs 8mths in nick. Yet you've got absolutely no worries if you're a muslim...you can say and do whatever the **** you like and you'll be protected by near every politicion and/or judge in the country.
