has anything changed in the last year, especially the diving (day boats)?

are they any better at not losing your diving gear?

this time we're taking Euros. none of this rip off price in Euros, then convert to USD using their own rate and then have to pay the credit card fx commission on the usd-gbp conversion.

i'm not actually taking any camera kit. i can't be ar$ed with the potential travel/security/hand luggage possibilities.

besides, i have a d200, sb800 and nikkor 28mm 1.4 to buy first.

Wish I was going with you. We were out there in September and June.

Just finished editing my dive video and the memories are so good....

If any one can host a 96MB (25min) video, or point me in the direction of a free video host I will post it up.

The uncompressed DVD quality one is 1.6GB!!!


Never had any issues with the dive boats but we were using DiveIn who are based at the renaissance golden view hotel.

We were there 3 weeks ago .. stayed at the Ocean College but dived with Camel .. had a great week with some really good dives

Some dive mates used that place when they organised a trip over there.
Everyone said it was Very nice. I didn't go.
