Am I being cynical or would this (if it comes to fruition) be a simple ploy to absolve the government of all responsibility from the NHS and potentially allow them to mess with any funding of it too with little recourse?
Would this be a nail in the coffin for the NHS or would a separate private board be a positive thing?
Doesn't sit well with me, but I may be missing something so welcome other opinions
