Default I-Mate KJAM type gadgets?

I am looking to upgrade my phone some time soon and considering a "normal" phone (got my eye on a Samsung D900) but have also been looking at these PDA come phone type gadgets e.g I Mate KJAM, O2 XDA MINI/Orange SPV M3100 etc etc.

Does anyone have any of these and care to comment on them? I think the M3100 is the slightly better spec out of all of them, is that correct?
Are the I MATE KJAM & the XDA MINI basically the same device but with there own ie. O2 software installed??

Any other makes/models worth a look?

Thanks for any comments/info

I have a JAM and quite honestly don't know how I'd manage without it.

Not only a phone but a fully functioning PDA to boot.

It get's used almost as much as my PC.

Think you're probably right about the O2 device, but mine was a sim-free purchase, so I can't say for definite.

Certainly worth a look, I wouldn't have any other phone, and that's after 2 years of using SE P800/900s and thinking they couldn't be bettered.

I have a JamIn/SPV M600.

I fancied the 3100 due to the keyboard but to be honest I can tap away with the stylus into the screen keyboard quicker than I can text using a normal phone.

Pretty cool surfing scoobynet from it too.

Only thing I find a little disappointing is the camera speed. Its quite slow.

If you fancy an M600, PM me, I have one on Ebay right now.
