Default Online recruitment sites?

Does anyone know any good online recruitment sites to which I can post a job advert for free? We are only a small company and a lot of sites charge an arm and a leg.

The job is a technical writer, based nr Birmingham. I am using the JobCentrePlus service but would be keen to advertise in various other places.

Thanks in advance.

Can they work from home at all, and is it permy or contract?

Only I know someone who may be ideal for it. Based in Reading so not ideal geographically, hence the questions...

I've PM'd you my contact details.

We are an engineering company, so the post will involve writing operation and maintenance manuals, pre-delivery quality inspections, installation method statements, etc.

But I genuinely wasn't using this thread to actually advertise the job, I just wanted advice on free sites to advertise it on.
