Default One for the IFA's

Looking for a 2 year interest only mortgage with no tie-ins thereafter.

Have at least 85% LTV

Current lender offering 5.09 fixed for £499 booking, no other fees at all. They don't offer a discount mgge but would consider one.

I assume they can be beaten, but it needs to be sorted by the end of the month.

So who has a deal atm?

Nope, can't recommend an ISA, but have you tried

Mansfield building society offering 4.99% at a charge of £550 obviously changing lender means you'll have solicitor charges too.
