Default Getting a Map of an Area?

Hello

I wanted a to-scale map of a quite small area (about 20 acres) for me to draw all over. Now I know I can get the 'proper' one from the Ordance Survey office, but this is really just playing and then I would buy the proper one to submit any planning applications.

Are there any on-line resources for this? I don't really want to spend more than £10 or so and I want it instantly (i.e. emailed PDF or something).

Thanks!

Steve

Hello

Multimap just shows large areas of white. Google-Earth doesn't have enough detail. Although having just downloaded V4 Beta I'm extremely impressed at the quality if I enter the address of where I work in America. Amazing.

You can get 1:50k scale maps from multimap.
Or 1:25k from Ordnance survey website.
Right click on the image and Save Picture - OS website will re-centre where you click - wait for it to redraw before selecting "Save"
25 acres will be quite small though even at 1:25k, which may be the problem you are having.
