Speeding 70 in a 50
All,
I think I've just been caught by a talivan.
I think I was doing about 70(ish) in a 50 limit (dual carriage way) - but is sign posted as 50.
Anyone know the penalty ? 3 points or 6 points ?

Fill in the PACE Witness Statement and follow the instructions
Also worth checking that the signs were all within the RTA 1991. Use the WIZARD too.
