Use them ONLY as a last resort, as you will have a better chance of striking a better drinks supply deal with a brewery if you aren't already tied into one that's funding your (their) club.
I thought you already had the finances for this....

I'm looking at different avenues as the bank aint too sure, am 2/3rds of the way there with the funding, i was told about this supplier deal thingy as you said, sounds like a bad idea to go with.

A pub or club only ever makes money one of two ways..... booze sales or entry fees......
To MAXIMISE your potential profits you have to get the best deal you can on the booze..... then you can pass on savings to your punters (while still making a profit) the place becomes popular and you can then start charging more for admission....
But stock booze that people will want to buy......... aint no good selling ****e that nobody drinks..............
Buying your way out of any contract is specific to the contract you sign.... ie make sure you have that option BEFORE you sign........
