Buying shares - how do you do it?
The company I work for is due of a merger, so it may be a good time to buy some. Being a total novice, is there a website or guide that is good for someone like me?

T D Waterhouse. But check with your Compliance dept first, as you might well be in a restricted period if there are mergers and takeovers in the pipeline.
