Ski Holidays! (booking online)
Me and 3 friends are wanting to do a bit of snowboarding somewhere but we have never done before!
So we are after recommendations on places to go!
Also, what websites/high street shops do you use to book these holidays!
*Cost
*Reliability
etc etc!
Thanks!

three valleys, france
loads and loads and loads of runs and routes.
went to lillehammer/hafjell this year, off piste was great but not that many runs etc
also went self catering the first year and cost a fortune, found packages in catered chalet the best value and you meet more new people to board with.
you also get afternoon tea with fresh cakes everyday too which is nice.

BTW if you've never been before, you probably want instruction. If you want decent instruction, forget France and probably Italy. Basically you'll spend a week falling over and coming home hating it.

If not been before, cheap cheerful Andorra, you'll need the cheap booze to get rid of the pain! Canada would have fantastic lessons and snow but it is a long way, Except Tremblant (sp) on the East coast. Friends learnt their. Highly reccommend it. Owned by same people as Whistler. What about indoors (?Sheffield (honestly)) get the batterring done in the UK 2hr a night or something. Not cheap but cheaper than taking holiday time etc. Then be able to stand up and move better

Only downside is no Ski/Board to door.
Upside great instructors/guides, sensibly priced food/drink, you can even buy something on the slopes without needing a second mortgage plus fantastic snow conditions.
I'm booked for Jan already, 5th time in the place its that good
