Default buying a flight to the UK

Ok there is a slight possibility that Im being thick but I cant find a way to buy a ticket for a flight from another country into the UK one-way?

Do I have to buy it from a flight company in the country Im travelling from (in this case Turkey?)? In which case, anyone speak Turkish?

Help

How about fly to somewhere like Stansted and rent a car? for the price of a car and an hour or 2 driving it might be worth it?

Turkish Airlines Dalaman to Istanbul to Brussells £234.38
BMI Brussells to East Midlands (45mins north of brum) £56.65
