Whatever you do don't do it by Emailing her. It'll take her ages to decipher whatever you've typed

Just ask her! It took me ages to ask out a girl once who I'd been told liked me, I faffed around for about 4 months for some reason. We've since been together for 9 years and have a son who's 2.
My life's so different now to what it was then and who knows what I'd be doing now if I hadn't asked her!

I've heard several old people use this phrase:
"It's not the things you do in life that you really regret, it's the things you don't do."
Ask her now - the worst thing she can do is say no. And then you know exactly where you are and can move on.
Start gently - just ask her out for a meal or to the cinema first and see what happens from there.
Good luck!
