I too work mainly outdoors in direct sunlight most of the time. Im knocking back about 4 or 5 litres a day at present... stood and pissed for about ten minutes straight the other day!!

I'm getting through at least 3 litres of water a day - and I do a non-manual job in an air conditioned office. It still stuffy and as soon as I set foot outside

Some people pee on their warts, supposely works.
About 3 litres a day for me (office worker in an air-conditioned office). Our quack at work reckons 3 litres is about right.

Clear ****?? thats not good, that means your too hydrated, and the body is now flushing the excess..
dark urine in the mornings is the result of urea, and other salts saturating, as the day goes on and you hydrate (take on fluids) it dilutes the salts and your urine settles down to a (theoretical norm) of straw coloured.. its an easy way to tell ghow hydrated you are

i know that if you eat a nice bit of beetroot it turns your **** purply pink 
about a yr ago i ate some and thought this was the end until my step mum told me it was her homemade pickled beetroot

6 litres?.....sounds like a lot of water! Surely you can have too much of a good thing?....Im sure the bottled water companies would lead us to believe that we should be drinking LOTS......

Doesn't have to be bottled water. Tap is just as good.
In fact for medical reasons, you can be told to stay off bottled, as there's now way of telling how old the water is. Doctor's told the old chap that plain old Tap is just as good.
