Most wanted watch
So many watch threads at the moment I thought I'd start one with 'scoobynet's most wanted'
My favourite and still yet to find (afford) one
approx $45K US.

I'd love one of the original movement Speedmaster Moon watches (pre-1961?), preferably one which has actually been worn in space on an EVA for the historical/rarity value.
Or I'd quite like an X-33.
Not really fussed about super-exotica, though I did see a photo of a tourbillon which I thought was pretty amazing.

Plus it's worth more than most people's cars.
Pocket watches just don't do it for me, although I do have a Zenith Tandem sat in my watch box.

The co-axial Omega's are smart watches but other than throwing money away on a Planet Ocean my money would only go on a 'moonwatch'

Oh sorry, did I say $1m? I meant $11m!
I suppose mistakes will happen when parodying Rabid's display of what he calls 'good taste', aka googling for 'most expensive watch'.

I had a Speedy Moon watch, ended up selling it as it wasn't exactly what I wanted for a daily wearer (and I can't afford a collection). If I was buying another "dress watch" it would probably be this - not especially exotic but I like it. Co-Axial movement too.

There are far more exotic and expensive pieces I could have chosen.

More sentimental value than monetary value to me.
