Was it a chicken pie? If so then chickens do have bones so dont think youll be eligible for compensation on that one unless she was injured by the pie in some way

If you just want to make a complaint you'll most likely just get a voucher or postal order for a few quid.

I thought Ginsters were better than most actually. They should be at the price they charge.

The only chicken a Ginsters pie has seen is when it was driven past the farm on the way to the supermarket!

Kind of serves her right really if hse insist on eating that ****, I only hope she had either just finished a hunger strike, was force fed it by terrorists or was very very drunk.

Maybe you misheard her when she said that she had more chance of a good bone in a Ginsters Pasty ?

I'd check the label - chickens do have small and fragile bones, the packaging of chiken related products do usually warn there may be bones present!

I love Ginsters Cheese and Bacon pastys

When ever I go on any kind of long journey I must have a pasty, a packet of ready salted ripple crisps, a boost bar, and lots of lucozade.

are ginsters pies considered by the general public to be safer than fray bentos pies though? (i'm asking - not stating anything)

erm..
pick the fecking bone out and eat the rest of the pasty?

or telephone your local "now fee, no chance" solicitors and try to milk the system for whatever freebies you/she can get your/her grubby little mitts on: if thats what your angling for...

Sounds like it. Some people (most people) are pathetic with their compensation attitudes these days.

Remember you are what you eat, and those things are sh*te
