Was it a chicken pie? If so then chickens do have bones so dont think youll be eligible for compensation on that one unless she was injured by the pie in some way

my ex had full blown food poisoning from eating a Ginsters pasty... 10 days he was ill...

Cant believe there was a chicken bone in it, arent ginsters pies made from 2nd hand insoles (they certainly smell and taste like them)

I love Ginsters Cheese and Bacon pastys

Must say I once had a fecking splinter of chipboard in a cornish pasty many years ago. never bothered whining about it though.
