wierd, my temp gauge here says its 33degrees already outside and 39.1degrees inside here. its absolutely sweltering 
Got quite alot of work to get on with aswell., cant even be ar$ed lifting my water bottle of the desk to drink its that bad Just jumped up to 39.6degrees

sent a boy over to asda early on and stocked up on bottles of fruit juice, fridge has been cranked up, i have grapes frozen in the freezer (very nice in the boiling heat tbh)

Typical. I'm down in the South East at the moment and missing the coolness of Yorkshire already. I sat out in the shade in the garden earlier with my laptop to do some work but it was too hot. I'm now indoors with a 24 inch fan a couple of feet away blasting straight at my face and it's almost bearable.
I must've declimatised since I moved north as I can't deal with this heat any more. I might spend tomorrow sitting in my car all day with the aircon on

Might have to take the bike for a gallop down to the coast. Trouble is you have wear a helmet and gloves etc which puts me right off. Wish I had the cruiser back now - open face helmet and tee shirt and cycling mitts

Have to say I'm jolly glad I'm in my airconditioned office - nipped out at lunchtime for a few bits and bobs and Was very glad to get back again!
Spare a thought for the poor buggers I used to work with - removing bread from the end of the ovens.....
