I think this cash foor peerages issue is likely to roll over in to the other major parties and how they raise funds anyway! The danger is that tax payers will then have to foot the bill for campaigns!

Best to cap the money spent on campaigns and make them have to pay themselves. Why should we pay to be lied to?

I agree with Alcazar, it about time we had some honest politicians who will actually tell us what is really happening and what they are going to do about it!

I personally think that Flash's apparent success with the economy built on borrowing and stealth taxes is going to get zapped before long. That is why they are casting about desperately now for more cash and aiming to steal our property as well. I gather the National Debt is up to £1 trillion now. When you think that is twelve noughts in that figure, it is horrifying.
