garage conversion drawings...Reading,Berks?
Converting a garage and need drawings for planning.....dont really need a full on architect (one quoted over £1100 with council fees) but cant find a recommendation for a draughtsman in the area...anyone know anyone?

I found a good guy about 3 years back.
cant remember his name but following details are off the plans he created:
