Default obtaining credit report by post

can someone possibly give me the addresses and details were i need to write to to obtain my credit report, i believe i need to send a cheque for a couple quid to each company, experian and equifax, looking on there websites all they want to do is sign me up for instant checks etc but i know by law i can obtain it for 2 quid


basicly what i need to write in a letter, who to and amount payable etc


anyone help?

yea it is m8 by law they have to supply it @ 2 quid ish

Dig deep on those sites!!

For example, try Equifax form

...but it stinks that they are trying to flog extra services over and above their legal requirements

Its really easy to get, |I got mine after answering details on the phone.
Good luck with it, when my husband got his, he found out the people who had mocved into our old house after we left, had scammed 5 different mail order companies in his name for over £3000 so as a result he cant get any credit now!
