I variation on a theme, but I haven't seen this particular one before;

Subject: part time job offer
We want to offer you a job. Part time job consists of receiving payment
from customers (bank transfer) and making further payments to our main office
or to one of our regional affiliate departments, depending on the customer's
location. It should not take more that 4 hours per week. Agent's commission is
6% from each transaction (for instance: you receive 2000 to your bank
account, you will withdraw the money and keep 120 for yourself, your salary
will be about 24000 per year). All transfer and further money transfer
related charges are also covered and paid by our company. So You'll be
responsible just for making proper payments in time (24 hrs. since the
successful receipt). Each transaction will be transferred only after prior
notification and sometimes after a notification phone call.
If you are interested in our offer, please visit our website

Money laundering scam, anyone stupid enough to fall for it is asking to get arrested for receiving stolen money.
It can be fun to string these people along to waste their own time and money, though. The absolute funniest thing I've read in years is the 'Anus Laptops' series of scambaits at http://www.thescambaiter.com/ - about a guy in Nigeria who tries to scam laptop computers from a fictitious company, and ends up paying to have several broken domestic appliances shipped by DHL all the way from the States. There's emails, photos and recordings of phone calls, it's been going on for over a year and the moron still hasn't twigged...
"I sell ANUS LAPTOPS. Why the f**k would I send you a washing machine?"
