Great new idea of a racing game by capcom

Don;t know if anyone's heard of cell shading or has seen a game called Jet Set Radio, but Capcom have just unveiled plans to do a Gran Turismo kind of game using the technology.
UI think it'll be amazing, if Jet Set Radio is anything to go by:
It'll be the first online driving game for PS2 allegedly.
