Had great service from Dell a while back when ordering a number of PCs. Very helpful single point of contact who sorted everything.
This is the problem, you'll get people with both good and bad experiences. What is needed is some independent scheme(s) whereby we can tell who are good and bad but that'll never happen. Go by what 'most' people say I guess.
Also great service from my local kwik-fit. Some free work and advice and cheap too plus the guys are good at their job. However, I fully acknowledge that many kwik-fits aren't so great. Comes down to the actual staff at the actual branch (or the actual person taking your call etc.)
