I know Balir ain't popular on this bulletin board, but.....
....in all fairness, after appearing on a radio show and being questioned about it, he made good with a promise.
The guy may be a slimeball premier, but you have to give credit where credit is due........
*waits for SN kanagaroo court to come up with some ridiculous comments*

Lol thousands of people get scammed for tickets but as this one's "for the kids", he steps in for some free positive publicity.
Credit were credits due?

Good to see Blair getting some positive publicity for a change. A bit like stepping in to provide economic assistance to the Longbridge workers once Hewitt had buggered things up for Rover.

How about him sorting out the cause of this scamming?
Namely Touts and eBay.
I mean how many games, be it cricket, tennis, football or even rock festivals have you seen where tickets are sold out within an hour of the lines opening. Then an hour later seeing tickets on eBay for some extortionate amount?

Oh SN never fails to deliver the goods!
If he had been asked about it on the radio and done nothing, you would have damned him. He has (albeit told his minions, but nevertheless he has told them) done something about it and.............you damn him.

I am glad that the children who missed out will get to see a game now. I must say they are very lucky to be helped like that.
Of course it was a publicity stunt as ever, he desperately needs some kind of a filip since not surprisingly no one believes him any more. It has worked however, his minions achieved something at last and it has not cost the taxpayer anything either.

hactually the Portsmouth schools who missed out have had their replacement trip funded by PFC, B-Liar simply said he would step in if it didnt come to fruition, which it did, so he's still a J-Arthur in my eyes
One wonders why, when they've tracked this fraudulent money down to an account and have two people in custordy, why they can't then take that money back and use it to fund the kids trips like it originally should've been...
