I bought myself a nice LG 32" LCD tv about 6 months ago, and I've noticed that some of the picture seems to have re-sized itself and doesn't seem to be formatting properly.

If you press the ARC button on the remote control, you can choose between 16:9, 14:9, Zoom, Spectical and Normal. When I first used it, 16:9 worked perfectly, but now it seems to have chopped bits off both sides, and whilst it's the end of the world, I do miss some text (like credits at the beginning of a film or news headlines) and I as wondering if anyone know how I can sort it.

Is it only when viewing Sky/NTL or on all sources? If it's just your Sky/NTL then maybe the settings have changed on your box and not the TV?

They are an utter shambles ............ do NOT buy an LG product!!

It's only on NTL (i.e. not through dvd's or videos). Perhaps I'll check the settings on the box in that case.
