this would never ever happen on SN, MLR needs its own "gestapo" to sort things out

There's a new programme started this week called "Don't get done , get Dom" with Dominic Littlewood standing up on behalf of badly done by Joe Public on various issues. Today's prog ( which I haven't watched in full yet) is about a Scooby owner who is at the hands of an unscrupulous garage which did some very bad mechanical work on the car causing allsorts of problems.
