Calling all Newcastle locals......
I'm after a bit of local knowledge off locals or anyone who's visited Newcastle a lot!! Coming up next month on a stag night. Where's the best places to drink and what are the best clubs for dance music? Also keen to visit St James park next day. Do they do a tour of the stadium or anything like that? Would really finish the weekend off!!
Cheers for any advice guys

Quayside.....Buffalo Joes and Sea night club can be good for a group of lads
Buffalo joes has a coyote ugly style feel behind it, cowgirls dancing on the bar and pouring shots down your neck. Has a bucking bronco aswell which can be a laugh when your pissed.

Not sure if the club does out of season tours unless its part of a corperate package thing or if you book a meal there. I only go there for the footie
If you want a horrendous night full of scantily clad teens and chavs then the Bigg Market is it, you could always start up in Jesmond along Osborne Road before moving into town.
The Quayside is the place to go, plenty of bars that are open late as mentioned Buffalo Joes along the Gateshead side is an eye opener
The place to avoid is the boat on the quay
Near the Central Station there are a few chilled places such as Toyko, Revolution, The Apartment and The Lodge(which leads down to the quayside on Dean St)
If you want a lap dance you can always be ripped off in For Your Eyes Only

I think St James's has closed due to a lack of interest!!!!
You'll do better down at the local park ...... oh, yes, remember to look in at the museum (they have areplica of the last cup Newcastle won - in 1955!!!! ... Zenith Data Cup or something???)
Har Har Har ... do yourself a favour and take a tour around an up-and-coming team .. down by the Riverside in Middlesbrough.

Is Baja still open? That used to be fun, never liked that Buffalo Joe place, full of eejits on rodeo bulls
There was a place up by Eldon Square did wet Tshirt and topless barmaids.
The Boat stinks of BO and last time I was there was full of elderly Turkish men looking for dumb blonde girlfriends/wives. Although everyone should try the revolving dance floor at least once.
I used to like that bar opp. central too, where they had the nightclub downstairs.
I went to a great club once, somewhere near the Centre for life, it wasn't a gay club (so that narrows it down in that area, lol) Had great tunes and no drunken bimbos/chavs. I was well wasted tho, and have no idea where it was, never seen any signs or owt. Maybe it was all in my mind

NBO 1week to go #########
start at Fitzgeralds to chat up the old birds
then down to Aikenside on the corner allways can pull a tourist in there
The camel next for the teenagers (drunk)
another quicky in Akenside
then one drink in each pub in the Bik market
then Grays if you can get in/tap up a member if you want to hunt down a dinosaur /jurrasic style ( 32 seconds reord set there a few sessions ago )
or
The Blue Velvet lap dancing club better then you eyes only
last time we went there was mondsay /Tuesdays only a fiver entrance and £2 a drink cheaper then pubs and you can ask for VIP rooms for the same price ,
A dodgy kebab to end the night /or fight /night in cells cheap acomodation /
Power Breakfast next day
Newcastle you cant beat it
But we try every time we go back :
