Yes Im back sunkissed and knackered and trying to ring someone with a Turkish mobile number, from the UK.

TBH I havent a clue about these things so I have tried various methods - adding 00 90 (90 being the Turkish code) dialing from my mobile without any prefix etc. etc.

Anyone know what I should be dialling?

p.s. yes I ve tried google and all i got was hundreds of ring turkey for pennies type websites

If his mobile is 0545 234342 then you should dial:

Landline: 00 90 545 etc..
Mobile: +90 545 ..

You SHOULD actually use one of those pennies numbers, here is a list from http://www.moneysavingexpert.com:
