mortgage calculator...?
on my old works pc, we had an excel program called loan calculator.
You input the rate and the term and it gave you the monthlys, it was handy as by playing around you could see what a term reduction did for you etc.
Alas its not on my pc anymore
anyone got such a thing? or is there an online version that doesnt require an hour to input all the details, more a ready reckoner so to speak.
