Legality of speed camera laser detectors
I understand that laser detectors- as opposed to GPS locators, are possibly to be outlawed, but when is the decision going to be made?

Well I thought I would get myself a Talex GPS, & a Snooper SD715iS detector to sit alongside- that way a ban on detectors won't cost me too many £££s if it did happen.

Laser detectors are next to useless anyway, as by the time it has detected a laser reading, it is too late.
Laser jammers can prevent the cops getting a reading, but are illegal unless you have a valid reason for having one.

It is legal to have a laser or radar detector but not to have any form of jammer.
Radar and laser cameras are not accurate or reliable enough to be used for measuring motorist's speeds with the intention of prosecution in my opinion.
