Angry That's ASDA price!

Only for the fact there is a big ASDA superstore on the doorstep of my place, I wouldn't really go there. However, I escaped from work today hoping to get an England baseball cap to protect my bonce from sunburn on the drive home.

Imagine my surprise at the prices, £5 for an England cap and a measly £2 for an Italian one. Only difference between the two being the small national badge at the front.

Anyway, they can stuff their caps. Pure profiteering I say.

Vaughan stop being so tight I have seen the prices you have paid for other things £5 is hardly going to break the bank, failing that you could always get Holly to buy it for you

I paid £10 for a subaru hat for Tom, and recently bought him a VXR racing one for £4

I'm not saying 5 quid is expensive for a cap, I just won't pay 3 quid more for EXACTLY the same product except a badge.

Takes the **** that virtually the same thing is more than twice the price just because it has a red cross on it. It's a principal thing!

You sound like the moaners on the radio the other day, whining about the cost of England shirts for kids....
If it's too much money then don't buy it
If everyone did the same the price would come down as they wouldn't sell any!!!
It's only the dumass "got to have it" brigade that make the price what it is.
The reason everything is expensive in the UK..
You bend over and take it up the tail pipe rather than buy good value quality goods.

Andy
