Its an automated SQL script that does a,
select * from Users where DATE - LAST_POST_DATE > several weeks
Then sends an email to to all the selected names.
no sane human being would rattle your cage like that,
they need to add a 'and' clause to the SQL
'and USER_TYPE <> 'MENTALIST''
