Sunbathing nude...
Who does it? would you?
Some woman went to court for it and was told sunbathing nude "could be grossly offensive to normal decent persons in society".

Why is it always the people that you wouldn't want to see naked are the one's that want to be naked 
It's the same with those naturists, they are all well over 50 and wrinky and saggy and should not be allowed out on their own, but if the fit young girl from next door wants to sunbath naked that's a totally different story

I find its the best way to clear space on the beach, I dont see the problem, couldnt they just ignore her, its just because its something out of the ordinary, they cant be that offended by a naked body, they just feel like they need to draw attention to it, I mean she was in HER garden.
He was very shaken by it, why, he has obviously seen a woman naked as he has kids, they should check his internet history for evidence of 'hypocrisy'

my view is that (male or female) its not on if you can be seen easily.....if you have a fenced/hedged/walled garden and can only be seen from the odd 1st floor window then crack on.
my stronger view is for the over-reaction of the neighbour, if he's "shaken" by saggy **** then he sounds a bit of a tool.

The reason I ask is because the wife told me that one of themale neighbours was sunbathing nude the other day.
Doesn't bother me - doesn't bother her - but not sure if the families with kids would be too impressed !

I cant say I've ever considered how I would feel if my neighbours sunbathed naked, nor if they caught me doing it..... but Im now thinking 'what is wrong with it?'
Why do we see genitalia as being offensive or obscene? They are simply reproductive organs, digestive organs and things that feed babies!
Is it just down to being overly prudish? Is it just a coincidence that this country tends to be more 'uptight' about anything sexual (ok slight generalisation) than many other european countries and that we also have the highest rates of under-age sex and under age pregnancy?
Ok it might not be acceptable to walk down the street naked but why is it such a big deal to be naked in our gardens or in our homes or even alongside one another?

Its called decency. Taking a dump is the most natural thing in the world, but I wouldn't like to watch someone do that in their garden.
Having sexual intercourse is the same, I wouldn't be happy explaining to a child why the neighbours were going at it in their garden either.
Its all down to boundaries, we are not a third world nation and no I am not ashamed to be naked, but again, we have very few days that you could say the weather was condusive to wandering in the nude anyway.
Having sexual intercourse is the same, I wouldn't be happy explaining to a child why the neighbours were going at it in their garden either.

I was talking to my mum about this before and i thought that it was her own choice to sunbathe naked in her back garden she pays her mortgage or rent she should do what she likes she didnt force her neighbour to watch her sunbathe.
