i have a QV -11 digi camera i bought second hand it all works i have all the leads but cant down load pics from the camera to pc what am i doing wrong do i need a driver for it HELP

Have you tried the Casio web site ? I think a workmate has one so if you're still stuck on Monday I'll ask him for you and see if a can burn a copy of the sw for you.

I have a QV11 digicam and i had no end of problems with it, the cable is very sensitive and I kept getting error messages saying the driver hasn't loaded properley etc, replug in the cable a few times, restart the application and it generally works, I found if you don't want to use the software from casio then paintshop pro 6 comes with compatable software for this camera aswell, however no that I have upgraded my laptop to win2k I can't download pictures from it. Not a lot of help I know but at least your not the only one having problems. When it works it's fine though.

any other ideas i hook it up and i get a message camera not responding etc etc do i need a driver i have tryed with PSP but that dont work

the cable between the camera and pc are prone to breaking.try holding the cable in diffent angles and keep trying to upload.
failing that try a circuit tester on it or buy a new one.
