Default steering wheel height regulations
I'm reading up on a car test drive article and this was written.

Because, I assume, the electric steering is the same as that found on the lesser "fat cat" models - the wheel itself is not allowed to descend below 6" above your thighs
Is this a car regulation or recomendation?

Didnt know anything about it what if your tiny and cant reach it without moving it?
