Power juicers...

Power juicers...
Just wondered what ones people have and what is good.
Been very busy lately and not eating properly and probably drinking & smoking to much
Thought a juicer would be a good way of getting me a bit healthier.
My main requirement is that it is easy to clean.
Saw this on one of the tv shopping channels and it looks quite good but I am very dubious about tv shopping channels, anyone got one?

Any comments would be helpful.

I did have a dedicated one - Kenwood I think it was, don't recall it being pricey, but it worked fine. Threw it away a couple of months back

We try to juice stuff (mainly oranges, not solid things) on a sort of electric orange squeezer which cost barely 15 quid, but it's a bit of work to lug all the fruit home from the shop and then to remember to juice it all before it starts going bad, which involves washing the juicer five times, then buy it again. I'm used to a once-a-month purchase of 8 litres of Tropicana, that's easier, but of course not healthier.
What does that big one do with oranges? Does it juice the skin as well? Or are you supposed to peel them first? (PITA)
