Question Any Talk Talk Customers on here?

I signed up last month and my service has been activated but I have not recieved a thing from them, no welcome pack or confirmation letter just a confirmation email when I first signed up. I am trying to set up call diversion, which I ordered when I signed up but the usual *21*..........# doesn't seem to work, anyone know how to do it????

Ta

Yeah, me too!! I signed up last month and have had only one confirmation letter from them, nothing else. The direct debit is set up but nothing else has come out yet.

I've just left them and returned to BT. Got totally P1ssed off with their calling system, no matter which number you dial to get hold of them, you end up at the same point. I called BT and spoke to a PERSON straight away, so they earned brownie points for that alone. Then I did my maths, and BT worked out cheaper than Talk Talk. Job done.

It's clear Talk Talk have bitten off more than they can chew regarding customer service, especially with the new ISP package recently offered.

However, if you don't require customer service, they are still the cheapest.

I think the maths is more than his strong point, its all the added "extras" that you pay for with talk talk that add up the cost and end up costing you more over BT.
Just take note, if you have a problem with your broadband with talktalk.... BT charge something like 5p per min, its 10 TIMES that much with carphone warehouse, just to let you know so i would really read the small print very carefully before taking this package out!

First of all, Apparition is a female.

As for the extra costs, well, what bóllocks, just to let you know. BT are masters of charging for additions.

If anybody felt they really wanted to sign up for an 18 month contract for the full service, when the rest of the suppliers will no doubt follow with something equalling tempting, then that's up to them.

What is clear on the phone front is that they are cheaper, in fact £4.51 cheaper for the same basic package.

Then Talk Talk include FREE broadband with that, BT charge. BT also charge £1/month for international calls (plus cost of calls). Talk Talk don't!!
