Default Where can I buy a 400mm plumber's manometer this bank holiday?

I need one today or tomorrow. So either I find some clear hose and make one myself ( ) Or does somewhere that will be open, like B&Q sell them?

That could be interesting as a ruler won't have the right scale and the specific gravity of "vimpto" will be iffy.

10mm = 98pa = 0.98mBar iirc

That is, if the water is at 5 degrees.

With what size diameter tubing though, why do you need a 400mm manometer???

So, shall we debate the specifics of setting the gas valve on a Worcester-Bosch 35Cdi to 14.2mBar?

Or is anyone going to answer the question and tell me if there is anywhere open that stocks a manomoter before I go jetting off to sunnier climbs?

Sounds like you need an LPG Manometer which you will only get over a trade counter.

400mm is a bit wee for a plumber. At least he'll be able to get to the sink traps easily.
