Tony has declared this sleaze to be a "personal issue" and so does not affect his position, funny he wasn't saying that 10 years ago when he was in opposition and Tory MPs were doing the same thing.

I really do think we need major political reform in this country, if a "supplier" in the private sector was not delivering against their contract you'd be able to kick them out rather than have to stay with them for the whole 4 year term. There needs a way for the public to call ministers to account at the time of incidents and not have to wait 4 years to do it.

Lets not forget theat Tony is at the top of NL's ****ty pile, he decides who gets what jobs - Boy oh boy has he dropped some bollocks of late
I would love to have been a fly on the wall in the meetings with Prescott and Clarke.
As for Prescotts affair being a private matter, he is a politician and cabinate minister. WE pay his salary. We do have a right to know what he is up to. He met her at work, at a party, he worked with her, there could be a lot more to come out, lets hope so.

And he missed out that other labour politician, cannot remember his name, he had ginger hair and beard and left the party over the Iraq war. He died last year on a mountain. He left his wife for his girlfriend.
