buying and rented out
Some of you might have saw my other post about buying in Bulgaria then rented the place out. Some one said to me today why dont i do this in this country.
In your opinion is it worth buying somewhere in this country and rented it out hoping that house values go up.

If you have the funds then go for it.
Property is a great investment. Put 15% down and let some sucker pay the mortgage for you. Obviously you need some way of paying the mortgage if you are without a tenant for a period of time.
Naturally you need to research and check out how much it will rent for and how much demand there is for rental property in the area. Where i work there is never enough rental property.

There's no way you can answer this question. A house four streets away from another may plummet in value due to a new pylon/ road/ pub/ takeaway. I've had my eye on one town due to a possible European grant to clean it up - it never arrived.
