Reminder: UFC 59 Reality Check 10pm Sunday Bravo
Looks a good un:
Andrei Arlovski vs Tim Sylvia
Tito Ortez vs Forrest Griffin
Nick Diaz vs Sean Sherk
Jeff Monson vs Marcio Cruz
David Terrell vs Scott Smith
Karo Parisyan vs Nick Thompson
Jason Lambert vs Terry Martin
Thiago Alves vs Derrick Noble
Evan Tanner vs Justin Levens
Arlovski/Sylvia the pick of the bunch for me. Hope Andrei hands Tim his ***!
Forrest has progressed well but I think Tito will be too fast for him if he is back to his old standards. Time will tell.
Simon.
P.S. 2nd episode of Ultimate Fighter 3 is on tonight at 9pm!

What is it with Bravo - 9 fights yet they only show 5 in a 3hrs program ffs
Andrei made a mistake and Tim got lucky as until the knockdown I dont think he even landed a punch. I think there was too much hype saying Andrei is invincible etc and he went looking to finish Tim off too quickly and should have taken his time.
As for Forrest - he did well after that first rd beating. Tito just lacked in his stand up which is strange as he was always an explosive puncher. I still hopes he destroys Shamrock who I have no respect for.

Respect to Forest though, never seems to really know what hes doing but has more than enough heart (and *****!) to get himself through the fights and put on a decent show!
Tito should have burried Griffen with the stand up, suprised me that the fight went the distance but the decision came as no shock

I thought Tim fought pretty well until getting clipped - his hands were much faster and seemed a bit more mobile. Saying that Arlovski walked into a punch rather than got taken apart and I am sure he will be back meaner than ever soon.
Tito looked injured - explosive first round and then a bit quiet. Forrest doesn't have the all round skills to make No1 but puts on a great show!
Looking forward to Hughes/Gracie May 27th

Haven't watched the Sylvia fight yet as I Sky +'d it. SO thanks for the result guys
I thought Tito looked a shadow of his usual self dunno if he was carrying an injury or not. TBH I thought the decision should have been much closer than it was Tito never won all 3 as 1 judge had it.
I too am looking forward to Matt Hughes next fight. He is my fave fighter at the moment.
